Skyline Roofing Partners has acquired Classic Roofing & Construction and John Hogan Roofing to expand its operations in the residential roofing sector. The acquisitions are part of Skyline's strategy to partner with leading brands in the market. Jake Babbitt, owner of Classic and Hogan, will maintain a minority stake and join Skyline's Founder's Council. This move is expected to drive growth and enhance customer service.
