FREYR Battery, listed as FREY on NYSE, has announced the transformative acquisition of Trina Solar’s U.S. solar manufacturing assets. This acquisition will position FREYR as one of the leading solar manufacturing companies in the U.S., allowing it to execute a multi-phase strategic plan to establish a vertically integrated U.S. solar manufacturing footprint, including the construction of a 5GW solar cell manufacturing facility.
