ICC Holdings, Inc. (ICCH), along with its subsidiaries Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company and Lebanon Valley Insurance Company, has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Mutual Capital Group, Inc. (MCG). The transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.

AM Best has commented on the Credit Ratings of ICC Holdings, Inc. and its Subsidiary following the acquisition announcement, stating that the ratings remain unchanged. The transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. After the acquisition, ICCH’s subsidiary insurance entities will operate independently though benefit from enhanced support afforded by MCG.
