Zayo has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Crown Castle's Fiber Solutions business for approximately $4.25 billion. This acquisition will enhance Zayo's fiber network, allowing it to expand reach and improve connectivity solutions. Following the transaction, Zayo will cover more than 70,000 on-net locations. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory review.
