Authentic Restaurant Brands (“ARB”), a portfolio company of Garnett Station Partners, LLC (“Garnett Station” or “GSP”), a New York-based principal investment firm, today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc.
