ZoomerMedia Limited has announced that Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, together with Moses Znaimer and Omri Tintpulverx, have entered into a definitive agreement to privatize the company. The arrangement involves the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common shares of ZoomerMedia by the Purchaser. Fairfax Financial Holdings and a company controlled by Tintpulver will provide funding for the acquisition of the minority shares. This transaction marks a strategic move towards taking ZoomerMedia private and is based on the unanimous recommendation of the independent committee of the board of directors of the Company.
