Rheinmetall Project Solutions GmbH has acquired Stascheit GmbH, enhancing its capabilities in explosive ordnance disposal. The acquisition will turn Stascheit into a wholly-owned subsidiary, expanding Rheinmetall's product portfolio. The deal aims for an annual turnover of around €80 million.
