DigiDirect Group has acquired tech reseller Mwave as Mwave's parent company enters voluntary administration. Mwave assures customers that operations will continue as usual while it transitions to DigiDirect's headquarters. All employees will retain their positions, and existing customer services will remain unaffected during this transition.
