HonYuan International Investments Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., has acquired additional shares in PowerX Semiconductor Corporation. This strategic acquisition is part of a long-term investment strategy, and the transaction involved the purchase of up to 118,681,200 common shares at a unit price of NT$5, totaling an investment not exceeding NT$593.406 million.
