Loungers plc shareholders have approved the acquisition by CF Exedra Bidco Limited, a company indirectly owned by funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group LLC. The approval paves the way for the completion of the takeover, pending court sanction and other necessary conditions. The acquisition is set to result in Loungers plc being delisted from trading on AIM and re-registered as a private limited company.
