The acquisition will add scale and breadth to Enbridge's existing low risk utility business model, providing stable, predictable cash flows. Questar Gas and Wexpro employees will join the Enbridge family of companies, enhancing Enbridge's long-term dividend growth profile and building long‑term productive relationships with all stakeholders in Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho.
